Aspen Resources
A new initiative has been undertaken through Aspen Resources, a UK-based subsididiary, to acquire intellectual property in the international market. Aspen Resources will also procure the related products and supply these to subcontracted distributors.
Aspen subsidiaries will be utilised for this purpose for the territories in which they operate.
Aspen Resources entered into its first transaction in the fourth quarter of the past year, acquiring the intellectual property for twelve products in the Australian market from Eli Lilly. The company will explore the possibility of further deals of a similar nature in the year ahead
