Co-Pharma
Co-Pharma, is Aspen's UK subsidiary operating in the commodity generics market.
With effect from 1 July 2003, Aspen increased its shareholding in Co-pharma from 80% to 100%.
Full ownership of the business will allow Aspen to take control of the strategic direction of Co-pharma.
