Stephen Jurd, Medical Director, Area Drug and Alcohol Services, Northern Sydney Health, discusses The Cochrane Review of Alcoholics Anonymous and Twelve Step Facilitation (TSF), that was published in March 2020. That review analysed over 27 studies, 21 of which were randomised controlled trials, and the conclusions discussed in this article, are very favourable to TSF.
